I am writing this email because I didn't get any solution for the complaint raised by me over the phone. My parcel AWB No. [protected] is in Jodhpur from the last 4-5 days. I received a call from Xpressbee Jodhpur Office from mobile number +[protected] on Sunday, 12.02.2023 for confirmation of my address. I explained him and he agrees to deliver it to me by Sunday evening. But after 2 days when he didn't deliver the parcel I called again and he assure me that the next day I will be receiving the parcel for sure. The next day I receive a call from a delivery boy +[protected], he clearly denied delivering the parcel by saying that the company didn't pay me to deliver the parcel to your home. I thought your address was nearby. You have to come and collect the parcel from the office otherwise I will be sent it back to the company. You place another order. I went to their office but at that time both the people who called me were not there and the person there is not able to find my parcel.
Now after many days I still didn't get my parcel, yesterday got a message for out of delivery and today also got a message that the parcel is out for delivery but they didn't deliver the parcel and updated in reason that I was not available to take the parcel. Was this information helpful? |
