[Resolved] Xpressbees — Product from Tjori not delivered yet wrongly showing delivered on tracking | |||||
My order number on Tjori is [protected] which I placed on 9 April2021 .. I received one product and I though others are delayed due to COVID. When I checked on Tjori it is showing delivered on 22/04/2021 . On checking Xpressbees - the tracking number of the order is[protected] It is showing delivered to - Cecil kanuga at 4.30 PM on 22/4/2021. The address is my hospital, I wasn’t present at 4.30 and my CCTV shows no delivered by any courier that day . When I called xpressbees on 11/05/2021 they said we only accept complaints within 48 hours. How does one know it is supposed to be delivered. We r doctors and don’t keep tracking our orders. They refused to listen and put the phone down . I want them to show the sign of who received . It was a prepaid order and I am sure it was not delivered.Also Tjori is only available on mail and I have sent many mails to them without any reply . Was this information helpful? | |||||
May 13, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved The company called me about the complaint and when I said I have CCTV proof there is no delivery done they delivered the products the next day morning thanks consumer complaints XpressBees Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
