My tracking number [protected] is delivered so far. The article is dispatched in November 20 but after a long time it has been not received by me. No response has been received by their end despite of my several intimations. I lodged the complaint regarding this matter but no action has taken so far on the ticket number 14071887 given by them. What should I do next that I can get my article in time or get my refund? Please suggest me.
