My order id is XC[protected] . I receied a defective phone from xtra cover .When I asked for refund they asked for images and videos of problem. Then i send all the videos and images to xtra cover concern dept-([protected]@xtracover.com) ([protected]@xtracover.com) . After that they arrange a pickup and i sent this phone to xtra cover. Now after pickup, already 20 days spend in this whole process .but nothing found - refund nor phone. when i call to customer care no. ([protected]), all time they give me same excuse ur problem is under process. It took 20 days for me after 50 times following up . pls help me and i want my refund. Was this information helpful? |
