Received defected device want refund

I Purchased a mobile Pixel 4xl (amount 15499rs) from xtracover.com, i received the phone in 5-6 days, but as mentioned in the quality standard (65 quality test), that phone only will have miner 5 scratches, but my phone has multiple scratches, and the paint was also removed from the sides of mobile and the speaker bar was rusty and bent. Phone supported 18w charging but they provided 10w charger. After when I was checking the phone, there was multiple lines showing on the display below the speaker bar. Then I called them and raised the complaint and shared multiple videos and photos of the device as I was told. But even after that they were not convinced, then I talked with the senior and they clearly agree that there is issue with the display. Then I packaged the device and shoot the video as I was told, but when they received the device, they said I was at fault because I was not able to do the packaging properly, so the device is damaged because of me. when I packed the device, there was no issue at all, I have returned the mobile in the same condition I received it But. Now they are sharing the video in which the device has green screen (some kind of display issue I don’t know) and they are saying they can’t’ replace the mobile. Then I called again and filed the complaint again for refund. Xtracover.com have been misguiding me since the start. I have returned the mobile in the same condition I received it, I’m not at fault here and I have to call every day for the status, the executive there is rude, if I want to call to some specific person, they tell me keep calling maybe you can connect to them by chance. There is not a proper management.
They scam people and provide them defective device.
Please help me, I’m fed up with this company service management, they have my 15, 499Rs. Please kindly help me to refund my amount I spend on the device.

Dear Team,
i would like inform that i was buy i phoneXS-256GB of RS.25000/- it got issue on hardware from last 1 week and as we discussed with Apple support service centre we got confirmation about hardware issue on WiFi and Bluetooth Grey out in the sense not working(operating) or not connecting
then we decide to register complaint to xtracover.com ([protected]@xtracover.com) they are not able resolving the issue and they want skipping us and telling like it software issue, before not process the service or taking the service

My order id is XC[protected] . I receied a defective phone from xtra cover .When I asked for refund they asked for images and videos of problem. Then i send all the videos and images to xtra cover concern dept-([protected]@xtracover.com) ([protected]@xtracover.com) . After that they arrange a pickup and i sent this phone to xtra cover. Now after pickup, already 20 days spend in this whole process .but nothing found - refund nor phone. when i call to customer care no. ([protected]), all time they give me same excuse ur problem is under process. It took 20 days for me after 50 times following up . pls help me and i want my refund.
