For last two months since March 2016, the company is not able to deliver the promised 2 Mbps data speed. The upload speed is as low as 50-100 kbps.
I have enquired several times at their office but all i had was false assurance. They promised to deliver me the connection via wire but now when asked for they are always dilly dallying the matter. Please look into the matter. My user id is- XTPR0578.

Its the worst internet connection i ever had ... They first told it will give 1 mbps, now the actual speed is around 250 kbps .. And the service is disgusting, hundreds of times in have complain but they are not taking any action .. So people i suggest u all not to take this internet connection
