Dear sir/madam
I am a resident of mumbai I have shop. I hv to pay the dues of shop maintenance upto 10 years. Now the society has filed case to registrar. The amount is upto 400000. I am ready to pay all the dues, but they are not alloting me the time period which I have asked for 6 months. I just wanted to know that wht can registrar take actions regarding this matter.
