Yaari Online Shopping App — Refund from yaari didn't credited to my bank account

I ordered a ladies jeans top of Victorian winter black colour of 481 rs with order I'd:YR-447846 from the yarri online shopping app.but when i received the parcel i open it and seen that i received different product so thats why i placed return request for that product, bynext day my parcel is picked up .and there is clearly mentioned that your refund received in. 7-10 days but now 10 days are over but didint received my refund from the yarri . usually its takes only 3-5 days from other shopping apps .but my parcel has been picked up by next day but still i didn't receive my refund .
