I ordered a women's necklace set which contains two piece of necklace I.e.one is large and another is small of 319 rs with order I'd:YR-446959 from the yarri app .but when i received the parcel i open it and seen that i received only single piece of necklace set I.e.small one so thats why i placed return request for that product by the next day pick up is done and there is clearly mentioned that your refund received in. 7-10 days but now 10 days are over but didint received my refund from the yarri . usually its takes only 3-5 days from other shopping apps .but my parcel has been picked up by next day but still i didn't receive my refund .please look into this matter and resolve my issue.
