Yaari — Yaari app didn't credited my refund to the bank account

I ordered a ladies Victorian winter black jeans top from the yarri .but when i received the parcel i open it and seen that i received different top thats why i placed return request for that product .and there is clearly mentioned that your refund received in. 7-10 days but now 10 days are over but didint received my refund from the yarri . usually its takes only 3-5 days from other shopping apps .but my parcel has been picked up by next day but still i didn't receive my refund .
