Avniesh Bharadwaj took money from me almost 24 lakhs (Indian rupees). In the name of Visa 457. Since two years i am chasing his office. Wrong TRN no., false commitments, playing with others hard earned money this is his actual bussines. Pls contact me. I have almost lost my patience now.

This is not correct at all, this persons application has been filed by the migration agent. No migration agent can give any timelines as to when the decision of the application will come. Hence the fees charged from this person - the application has been filed and is awaiting decision.

I already have 3 such types of proof of different companies from you. even child know that visa process is in immigration hands. can you Pl tell viewers why you told me to give me 186 ENS visa with 200% within 3 months if you knew its in immigration hands. can you Pl post proof of the previous 2 companies fake employment letter and nomination. can post the proof of amount you received $23, 670. can you post proof how you fooled and wasted my time by giving the fake employment letter of Avyosa pvt ltd and Bajaj enterprises pvt let and told me that your visa is applied in my application is filed in 7th may 2015. truth always win and you soon will see this.And if you have little humanity then pl dont post false comment.

Truth always wins, don't worry when the world will check your TRN number, they will see the truth. That you hired us to lodge your application and we did lodge your application, we cannot force the department of immigration to process your application first and leave other applications. To process your application for direct PR is in the hands of the Department. we have already performed our duties, for which you hired us.

Everyone will know who is a Liar and who is correct. Plus you will be hearing from my lawyer very soon on this matter too. if it only a matter of days, before you will be taken to Court for this and the false claims that you have made above.

YABS services lodged my Visa too. I applied for 186 Visa through them and it got approved.
I had a great experience with Yabs Services.They resolved all my queries and helped me as and when required.
In total I did not faced any difficulty in the same.

Very True, when the court and the Public will check the following details:

can you pl clarify, why I was told to get visa in 3 months ?
If you didn't have employer than why you charged me $23, 670.00 and wasted my career and money.
It's now 10 months and you are just filing nominations and showing that you are genuine.
You already file 2 nominations earlier and wasted my time. There is no humanity in you in front of money. I am asking my refund since May 2015 and you are only filing nominations. Can you pl tell what happened to previous nominations.

We have mentioned you at the time of taking the case that we can help you in lodging the visa, that we have already done without any delay. Now you are indirectly forcing me to ask the Immigration department to lodge your file first, leaving all the cases behind which came earlier than you ( which is not possible).
If you are talking nuisance just to harass us, that may be your nature but we have to do work keeping the rules and regulations of the department in mind.

If this is the way to get the visa in shorter time then almost all the clients must have followed this easiest way to defame the companies who do the best for their clients .
It is really sad to help people like you and then suffer for no reason..

i think there is some communication gap, the consultant told you that within 3 months our recruitment company will find you an employer, we will get all the necessary reports made and will lodge the application. We found you an employer lot before the end of 3 months and filed your case.

After lodging your case you did not like that company and were not happy so we found you another employer at no extra cost to you, then lodged your application again under this new employer without charging anything extra.

hence we charged you recruitment fees only once - got you 2 contracts with 2 different employers.

Charged you Application fees and Lodgement fees only once but got your file lodged 2 times without charging you anything extra.

Still you are unhappy and unsatisfied. You can call the department of immigration, give them your TRN number and ask the status of your application. WE ARE HERE TO MAKE LIVES NOT BREAK LIVES.

They promised to provide visa in 3 months. its almost 1 year and instead of apologizing, they are accusing me. I haven't got my nomination approved and visa application is too far.

Hello they are big cheaters than, I was also thinking to contact them but I guess, I must not do this now.
Why don't you go to consumer court or police station ?

FIR has been already lodged. Avniesh bhardwaj has to give answer to Australian and Indian law as why he took money in advance when he had no employer to sponsor. This is illegal to take money in advance by giving false promises and he has to answer it. I will not accept his fake nomination which I haven't signed. He has made it forged from my previous signed docs. Its just a matter of time, soon he and his lawyers will be exposed. I will fight till last.

Hi Yabs people...
I know there must be some rules and regulations through which you have to send people and it may take time.
I wish to know that how this much fees ( 12 lac INR ) is charged in ADVANCE for nomination for PR and entire process of getting hired in Australia ?
You could take some token amount of 50, 000 to 1 lacs INR and after approval you may charge your complete fee.
But I believe its a big break you give to people by shaping their lives so the amount of responsibility must be high and your services should not keep applicants waiting with so much stress for an year.
If 12 lac is a good amount and even one year of life counts big.
I am in no way going to say anything against anyone but I understand that if you are waiting for an year after paying 12 lac INR then its natural to get frustrated and exhausted and the only hope is God or the consultancy which is providing solution.
Even I was trying to find out about Yabs to apply for Australia but looking after one bad experience of one man shall move me a step away from such a risky affair.

I am writing this post to let everyone know that YABS Migration is being run by Mr. Avniesh Bhardwaj (My Real Cusin). He started this business in front of me and in beginging he started giving adds in the newspaper to check the market response. In news paper he used to published my mobile number and second number of his own. We became frined on facebooks around 2012 where he used to visit India frequently. Then he took a rented property in GK to run the Migration Business. I was never new that he can cross any bondries to get the profit from any one. When I show the intensions to settle in Australia. He quickly found his new victim. He provide the all information and expense was around 18Lac. Upon this I told and do not have this huge amount I can only manager 6-7 lac on this he asked Payal (His office Staff colleague) to get the arrangement of Loan Guy. I took a loan of 7 Lac and manager to reach 13 Lac. I belongs from Middle Class and working in Gurgaon. This all arrangemnet took near about 7-8 Months and finally on 22August 2016 After taking 13 lac he started the procedure and share a screen-short and said your lodgement has been taken place. Then we met in Delhi around 16th September 2016 where he said "Yaar kaam ho jayega but thoda time lagega" around February 2017.I was under the impression that yes visa will take place and also I keep informed of all the point from financial prospective to my Mama and Mami Ji...Who lives in Rajinder Nagar and now been shifted to Avniesh new Rented Flat in GK. They also said yes visa will take place. All of a Sudden in December 2016 he said we got a response frome embassy that one report needs to be made to support your role in visa 457 where you need to pay 80K. I told him that somehow I paid 13 lac and I dont have more funds to pay as now I am paying installements of my previous loan which I handover to you. He said I do not have funds.

Note - I only initiated the procedure where I told him that I can manage around 13lac or 13.5 (max) rest I need your help. He clearly mentioned on facebook messanger chat that lets start I will help you. Also he said after paying all the amound within 3-4 months you will be Australia. Also he did not forgot to mention that rest of the amount you need to pay to me in order to keep your visa intact and after 2 years working under a owner you will get the citizenship. He never missed his single point. When I aksed for IMMI Account username and password he said its connfidential. My amount my reports and everything and I cannot view. (What a justice).

Now in continuation, He said I do not have funds I somehow arranged 80K and now total amount was paid 13.8 Lac. Then in June2017 he came with one more excuse that one more file needs to create to support your case. (He thinks I am a superman and will arrange amount). 50, 000 needed. I told him I dont have a single penny now and arrange that for me and I will pay you shortly. On this most shocking reply came from him that I dont have amount to pay. It was a Joke for me. Running so many businesses and opening a temple, cricket league head and many more in Australia. And he denied to pay. He just wanted to fetch the amount as much as he can. I called him and he said I dont have amount and cut the phone. No he is no more willing to meet me neither he and mama ji both block my mobile number. He simple did not complete his promise. Avniesh is a powerful man and he become powerful by taking all hard earning money from people like us. When I asked for refund he said all the amount has been paid in different procedures. Then where is the result? when I aksed for refund on this he said you are blackmailing me? Wow Avniesh thinks he is the most clever person on planet. He also un-friend me from facebook. People do not trust YABS. Avniesh Bhardwaj is big fraud.

Avniesh also took from me 14 lac Indian Rupees almost two years for 457 visa. He initially said, it would take 3 months to get 457 visa. But almost two years now. As soon as he got money, there are almost no communications. When I called, he said he applied but no proof. No ref number, nothing. I asked for ref number many times, he never provided.

I have already lost massive amount of interest. Its all hard working money.

I will rip him apart, just waiting for right time. I already loose my patience. He is just after your money.
