Avniesh Bhardwaj - Lot of people are calling and saying we are also a victim of Yabs Visa Fradulant.
As per them you are saying - I wanted You to invest $2200 for myself for visa. Kindly correct yourself. I have paid 13.80lac and you were supposed to help me out from there (not charity) you said you will take the amont on monty basis when I would reach Australia. But eventually at the end you denied to help. Why not when you have all the amount from me in your pocket.
We are going legal against you very shortly.

I also paid him lot of money almost 40K AUD for regional sponsor visa 187. After payments being cleared, he sent me 3 fake contracts it took 6 moths when he lodged my RCB and it was refused after 3 months. Then he refused for refund and lodge new RCB that was approved after 2 and half month and then he lodged my nomination at start of this year which has been refused this month. So all in total, he took almost 2 years for my visa process and now refused for refund. I am going to report against him in four different departments( DIBP Australia, Australian federal police, Victoria civil and administrative tribunal and Australian consumer court). So guys we need your help to catch this culprit. kindly share your whatsApp numbers and contact details. so that we will make a team and fight against him. Thank you

Sir the same fraud happened with me too. Avniesh took 16 lakh indian rupess from me for 457 visa around two years before. And now he's asking for 110000 more for reports. When i meet him first time he told me that after paying 16 lakhs not even a single penny will be required from me till my visa is approved but now he's asking for more money. He even blocked me on watsup.

Avniesh Bharadwaj took money from me almost 24 lakhs (Indian rupees). In the name of Visa 457. Since two years i am chasing his office. Wrong TRN no., false commitments, playing with others hard earned money this is his actual bussines. Pls contact me. I have almost lost my patience now.

Avniesh took 30, 000 AUD from me and YABS representative clearly told me it will take 3 months to process and get the 457 visa. Now its 2 years and 4 months. Almost no response, no action. He said he applied but no ref number. Guys please contact Dan Oakes, he is an Australian TV reporter. He can help you to get your money back. Also appoint a lawyer.

In the begining only ALAM was the one to whom you replied here after that you havn't updated you comments. Reason: you were in the beginning stage to collect amounts from people and just for a goodwil you replied here.
