This time i am going to update this post and providing some relevant information about this fraud company with proof and supportive statements since i have received many call and messages to put off this post and threatened me by sending irrelevant voice messages so its my turn to reply them.. :

These are the following point dur to which this company is not secure
1- all the associates of this company is being promoting that the company is runing from june'17 or launching date is xyz anything... But no one state the truth behind the journey of[protected]. Yes my dear friend this company is running from 2015 & from this date the company had changed their business plan many time #copied everyone's plan... And they are rumouring that they are updated and others are outdated.. Wow_first of all be determined on kind of plan.
2- not listed on govt website as a legitimate company_no submission of compliance as per regulatory

3- products are not value for money. No invoice, bill, printed mrp on any kind of retailing packages products is declared... They are just making fool to other peoples by taking tha name of network marketing.. Network marketing companies are known for their quality but there is nothing as such things in this company. They are providing some services too but those service is available for us through many applications.
4- no determined payout / neft facility avialable. No management team i hired yet for many purpose of work so how could it will be up to the mark. Just they are rushing youths towards income only

6- managing directors : this is one of the most interesting topics. No one knows who he is. Some are telling there are two md or whatever ceo and some are telling its only one but as the company is opc so there is only one person who is liable for all the business operations. And many peoples don't know the real truth about your md.in past he have been working in some company as a ceo and they shut down those company due to some disputes as some of their associates told me. But no one knows the actual truth. What is the surity of this company? What about its backup/investors? They are deducting money from their associates income for the company development. Must research about the founder
7- no variety of products and they are promoting that it is a direct selling company. #jaagobhakt mlm is popular for variety and quality not for returning high incomes. Read and learn about mlm.
8- company headoffices... Wrong info is available on google about its headquater nothing as such is located and hq is what where all the management operation is taken into act. And as per law direct selling companies must have its own hq
9- tds : how much tds they are deducting is not known to me.. But it must be around 5% which must be paid by every earner and this amount must be submitted in your pan. But this company is not submitting anyone's tds. Check your tds on : incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
10- no balance sheet submitted yet check on their mca. Go to mca.gov.in since its being 2 year the company is runing but not a single balance sheet is submitted
So this company also cheats government.
11- ceiling : if anyone is going to enroll into mlm then they must think about big earning not 7000 a week in binary form and other type of income is not valid for this term. Ceiling is for binary retail income. If you are here to earn this sum of money then go and work in other company you'll rewarded with good earning.
12- no registration of their trademark.
13- iso certification : they are selling tshirt which is not specified in their iso since this certificate is given for products quality.
14- no identity of their associates if in case someone will lodge a complain against any of their associates then their future will be in dark because you are not providing ang legal material to consumers and you won't have ur legal identity or any letter which proo[censored]r distributorship
15- no legal proof of earning... They are just rushing peoples to join their company by doing show off. Ask any of their achiever to show their legitimate earning statement then you'll find what they are earning no matter how many associates are there in their team.
16- no refund / replacement & space for consumer complain is available on their website which is illegal as per regulatory. So company is not safe.
17- no helpline number. On website whatsapp number is available. Think twice is it business or any social work
18- fake contest : no disbursment calculation behind any type of contest which they are promoting. If in case 100 of peoples will achieve bike contest then how could the md provide this sum of bike or scooty
Promote real things you are providing only downpayment so promote this only.
19- no car achiever yet. What about the car? Still no one have achieved car in your company then what is the growth rate of this company. Don't rush peoples to join. Develop genuine achiever.
20- no commited service is available on website
21- no legal franchise running... Go and read what are the procedure of franchise.

Check their mca certificate-
_no last agm attended (Annual meeting which must be attend by every private companies)
_no balance sheet available on the website which means company is not legal since no submission of any business activity had received yet by the govt through this company
_no gst paid yet (You check it by giving the gst number to any ca they will answer you everything about the conditions of this company)
_no associates are earning the legal income (No tds certificate they have the company is deducting the tds but this tds is not submitted to govt. So in future it will bring a great loss to every associates)
_no trade license and trademark certificate
_not a single document can be used to prove that the company is working on direct selling or network marketing concept

Hence it can be proved from above points that this company is illegal, fraud and scam.
