Yahoo — Yahoo ID hacked

Sir, i have given my password to someone very trusted who has breached my trust and has taken my account under his control. I am facing lot of problems due to his such action. My email-id was [protected]@yahoo.com. This all mess started from 17 feb 2015 till now. Kindly tell me a way how can i access my account now as the person has changed all the security questions also.
