[Resolved] Yamaha India — front right side mask set not fitted properly, for managing purpose fixed it with 2 way plaster. | |||||
Hi sir/mam, We purchased yamaha ray-zr 113 cc scooter on 28/03/11 from om ganesh motors, shankar mat road, shimoga-577201, karnataka, india (Img1). We purchased with steel front guard. We used bike upto 1nd service without any problem and that time only problem was bit broken in front near skrew portion where the steel guard attached to that portion, actually we don’t know might we deliverd defect pice, in the front portion of fixed steel guard that attached side panel was broken, bez of the steel weight, panel is broken before 1st service after that service guys weld it 2 to 3 times change the guard, after that they changed it to normal plain front panel one the problem starts, after the new attached front mask giving problem like sound coming while riding, the whole front portion of bike is shaking, gaps in between parts and misplace of front and back portion of mask (Img2). We told so many times in 3rd and 4th service, that time, their answer like it will not giving any problem don’t worry, it happens to all, after the 4th service its became big problem, they tried to fix it, but its not make any sense. On 5th service (Img3) they try to solve it with 2 way plastering and service stations answer is too rude and irrelevant and with lie,. Actually my question was what is the necessary is to attach 2way plaster, is it like ur company parts is not fixing for ur company bikes or yamaha is a totally manufacturing defectd piece even its not fix it to their own product, fixing with 2 way plaster means what?, can i admit my self that this problem is not going to solve (Img456), actually we are unhappy with your service and actually the kind of behaving with the customer with lie and false committments. We are so much tried we are actually hesitate to ride the bike, we are not using now, compare to before.in future we are ever never became a customer with yamaha india, give us answer why should we buy yamaha in future, if you give us exact or satisifactory answer we are became permanent customer.in future do yamaha india have a morality to to ask or tell that how is our product and customer satisifaction or we are good customer friendly company bye.
