[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — after sale service provided by the service centre | |||
I own a yamaha fz25 (250 cc), firstly at the time of purchase the showroom people had fitted a wrong leg guard which resulted in damaging my front mud guard, secondly when i reported a manufacturing fault during my second service in regards to a faulty exhaust pipe which the service centre people acknowledged however the fault was identified during the 2nd week of october, i was assured that tbey have placed the order and i would recieve the exhaust by 2nd or 3rd of november, to which i agreed. Today 25th november when confronted these guys and i came to know that the order was placed on 18/11/2017. I wonder what were they doing. And 18/11/2017 is when i called up the guy named runtu who was dealing with the case. Was this information helpful? | |||
