I am happy to be part of yamaha family same time getting very bad experience from the service station.
Details of complaint
I hame purchased yamha FZ3.0 about a year back from the Laxmi Yamaha Bannerghatta road.

And giving regular service at the same place done 3 service so for.
During my second service I have raised concern about in front wheel disk having noise while running.
They came and said to me disk had a problem needs to be change the front wheel disk we don't have stock now you have to order once come we will inform you and then change the disk.
I have placed my order and never got any update for my order.
Time has come to third service and went to the same service center and asked to change the disk this time.
Now it's almost two months now since I have done my 3rd service.
Last week I had long drive with my vehicle and noticed vehicle top speed is 90km
On Sunday I went back and explained the issue to service center people and said they will deliver vehicle by Monday.
And finally today They told they can't fix it and rectify the issue because they do not have the staff do that.
My question if it's paid service everything will get done in a day since it's complaint they do not have staff to check the issue ?
Yamaha why are you having option to take complaint ?
Moreover the staff are very arrogant.
