Greetings!
This is to inform you that I have registered a claim (claim reference no - [protected]) on 31st Oct '22 for a parts replacement for my scooter (Ray ZR 125 CC) via CS. I got the surveyor details via text SMS whose name was "Shekhar having contact number: [protected]. I had contacted him on the same day and was promised to check/inspect the vehicle at the aforementioned showroom for further procedure. However he never came and again suggested that I could meet "Rohit- [protected]" who is taking care of such things at the showroom itself. I visited the showroom 1st Nov '22 and was asked to pay Rs 400.00 for some file charges from him (That was not mandatory fee in anyways). Since i already registered the claim via CS and have all the details handy such as claim number & Surveyor details hence i shared the same for further process. Later on I was informed by him that it will get repaired by 9th Nov '22 max. However, it is still pending after many follow ups.
In the entire process there were a lot of false commitments made by both of them due to which I faced never imagined consequences. Therefore, I am being forced to write a grievance so that things could be sorted ASAP and avoided in the future. Additionally, the scooter service is approaching me as per the deadlined mentioned on the coupon. Hence, I would request you to look into the same and take appropriate action to avoid them going forward.

This is in continuation to the above communication, would regret to inform you that no support is being provided yet by the Shiva Motors. I have never seen such incompetence in my entire life.
Hence, you are requested to attend to this matter ASAP. Else I will be force to take legal action and will register FIR against them center.
