Hi, My name is Vaibhav Padia and I own a bike of yamaha-FZ25, bought in the month August 2021. I did a two service as per the time given. Later I changed the rear brake pad, after which a weird sound is started. I even changed the disc which was damage due to pad that I changed. The disc was damaged due to pad, but the service center charged me for the disc, wherein it was not damaged by me. So when I change the disc I told them to change the pad as well, but the issue still persists, even after changing disc and pad. I visited multiple times but the permanent solution is not getting solved from the service center. Today again I dropped the vehicle to the service center "VRB YAMAHA SERVICE CENTER", BORIVALI WEST, MUMBAI-92 also known as SPEED AUTO YAMAHA (Aura hotel, Vichare compound, MHB Colony, Gorai 3, Borivali West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400091)
. The bike is looked by the persons are, UMESH(senior technician), RANDHIR PAWAR( service engineer) and RAKESH(generalmanager). It's almost more than 20 visits i did and almost 3 months old, but the solution is not getting solved. Last sunday i kept the bike to service center for 5 days, but still the issue is not solved. Didn't expected this from yamaha service center. Being a big brand seems low quality and poor technical support. The service center people just tell one thing.. "drop the bike will chexk it", but no permanent solution came. None of them are capable to diagnose the issue. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
No one is reply me properly nor helping me properly.
Even the customer service support is not helping me to raise the complaint nor to solve my issue. Such a pathetic experience from Yamaha.
