I am customer of yamaha and for the past 4-5 years have plans to purchase yamaha fz25. But the service center service results are not satisfactory and quality of the service is poor and worst. I am trying to summarize the problems that i have faced and i am pretty sure many will be facing the same issues:
1. When ever we visit service center for service and if we show up any problem the first suggestion which comes from your people is to change the part.
2. If we report a problem, they dont try to fix it completely they dont even try that.
3. Whenever we go serviving the vehicle instead of fixing the existing problem i end up coming home with the new issue. And we inform them that this prolem was not there earlier and now it is new after the service.. You people respond so bluntly saying do you think we create new problems?
4. If insist more on that again they suggest to change the part for sure. Some of the problems they cant fix even after replacing the part we end up coming home with dissatisfaction.
5. Half of the time, they focus on number of bike serviced in a day rather than quality. I have been using this bike since last 4 to 5 years.. Dont we know how out bike functions. And you people say thay you have trained people for servicing dont they do test drive if yes cant identify the problems. Even if we address they try to prove us wrong or sale something.
6. If selling a part is so important for you why do say it is service center and do the things which you people dont know.. You would have open sales shop it self. We would have tried a different place.
