[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — Bad Product Quality | |||
This is to inform that I, Gaurav Rawat who had bought YAMAHA FZ-25 Model No.B[protected]A from SIDHARTH AUTO, SOHNA ROAD on 28th May 2017 VIN No. ME1RG4215H0014860 is facing a lot of problems since the day after purchase. The problems are mentioned below :- 1) There was a leakage of engine oil from a part of main engine. Same was told to Mr Ajit (Service GM) he had replaced the part. 2) I told them that my clutch is quite hard and gear shifting isn't smooth, Mr Arvind (Service Head) tried to resolve the problem tried to reslove the same by doing some adjustments however he was successful in that. Then I conveyed the same message to Mr Ajit. He recalled my bike to the service station and as per him he has changed the part. He had changed the clutch plate, however still I am not satisfied with the quality of work as my clutch works really very hard and I am facing problem while changing the gears. 3) The swing arms of my bike aren't up to the quality as I am into riding my bike in city however the quality is so bad that it couldnot resist the normal bumps in city. Mr Ajit said me to change it via company and still it hasn't been changed. The main concern of mine is that my bike is driven only 2400km and there are so many problems in it. What will happen when I will drive it more than 10, 000 km? Yamaha is know for its quality of product, refined engine and technology, but you guys aren't able to keep these things up to the mark. Its sad to say. I have attached the pics of my bike and related concerns. I am waiting for your revert or I will need to find some other way to raise my concerns so it could pinch you the way these problems are pinching me. Was this information helpful? | |||
