[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — Bad Services and Rude Behavior | |||
My bike's handling/balance has been upset/compromised after getting front shocker of right side repaired at Shiva Motors Service Center. Both shockers are not working together. There is balancing issues. It gets disbalanced in unpaved roads. I visited Shiva Motors to get it fixed but they were not preparing my job card and not taking my complaint into consideration. I requested them (Incharge, Manager & Owner) to make the job card atleast but they denied of making it. They did not take my bike inside the showroom and send me back without any solution. According to them, they have charged to fix the leakage of front shocker of right side and they have done it and there is no issue in shocker. Customer Care are not supportive at all. They don't provide any solution. Nothing is in their hands. They misguide you every time nothing else. It is bad experience of buying this bike. Aftersale, No support.
