When i took the delivery of the bike i knew there is something wrong with the monoshock suspension and even the front usd suspension, I told the dealership about this and they said to rectify in the first service and told it'll set before it, but i face the same issue even after raising a complaint in the service center they told they'll respond but it's been weeks and still no response from them. Now I'm the one suffering from back pain if you ride the bike for 10 kms itself the back starts to ache even the shoulders due to the poor faulty suspension, they even drove my bike and told it's faulty and yamaha will question them for raising a complaint it's a brand new bike and i paid a 2 lakh sum for it for which it is of no use please do the needful
