Am trying to connect my bike Bluetooth device to mobile after logging in to Yamaha connect X application it's asking chassis number after that qr code is says Bluetooth device not found, please check this issue and revert as soon as possible.

I am also facing the same issue .While scanning bluetooth qr code in y connect x app it shows "Bluetooth details not found ".So kindly check the issue and help me to resolve the problem.

When conneting the Yamaha Connect X app, an error message comes up: Bluetooth device not found. Yamahaa is misleading the customer in this regard. Any company should come up with a technology that can easily access the customer. For this reason, the dealer cannot be reached every time.
