I purchased Yamaha fzs V3 deluxe bike 3 months ago From then till now
Very very bad experience and disappointment
In the showroom they fitted unfit bumper for my bike and I addressed the issue to them at first they refused it and then they accepted the error and they promised that they will replace the bumper But they said it's out of stock. 2 months I followed the authorised service dealer, never got proper response at sometimes they never picked up the phone and if they pick also they ask many excuses like bumper out of stock and they cut the call.
After 2 months I brought into notice to Yamaha customer service India they said they will sort out this issue, 2 times I reached Yamaha customer service India, no proper response or quick action from them, even last week I went to Authorized service dealer and there is stock but without fitting they said it doesn't suits this bike it may break your bike parts something blah blah... so again the rhymes "Out of Stock"
No response from authorised dealer and Yamaha motor India
It's been 3 months for this issue
Totally fed up and tired in following up these activities
Very very very utter worst customer service from Yamaha customer service India.
I don't know further my complaint would be sorted out or not
3 months waiting for this bumper issue.
