Yamaha Motor India — CAG enterprises sathy road coimbatore - Selling new vehicles with faulty batteries

We had a recent purchase of our yamaha fascino 125 hybrid 3 months back from CAG enterprises sathy road coimbatore. We had an issue with self start and auto-start. We reached out to that dealer and they said that the battery is faulty and needs to be changed. We wonder how would a brand new vehicle would run into faulty battery. My friend had a similar experience 2 years back with his New FZ, bought from the same dealer ran into battery issue after a month of his purchase. Its so evident that they do something on this regard. I was so concerned with this as i was a big fan of yamaha and had good trust in their vehicles also i own two of their products. It would really impact Yamaha brand reputation if this was not anchored, So please have a look at the issue happening with that dealership. I have also come across few customers with same problem with them. Awaiting an affirmative resolution from yamaha india.
