Yamaha Motor India — Complaining about Bikerz service center chrompet, chennai

I usually complete bike service before due date. Last week completed the 5th service on Wednesday and then I took my bike for long ride for first time for Kerala. Where the self start stopped working, there is no kicker. So I managed to come back by towing the bike for starting it. That's fine, so again I left my bike to fix it on this Tuesday on 17/6/2015. And they said I can get my bike by next day. Till now I didn't get any reply from them like what happened to my bike. So called them a while ago they asked me check with manager, whose phone was busy. So only I called the landline. The lady who picked my call said manager is out of station, so I need to reach him through cell. I called at once and the manager says he was office only. So this says nobody there clearly knows what is happening in their place. At last manager said they don't have spare parts to fix the problem so this might take sometime which is not sure for him. So if this is the info that manager gives to his customers. Then think about how the lower level employee and how he/she will behave to customers. Also workers over there will fight with each other in front of customers. They will take more than 45 minutes to place job card while leaving the bike for service, then I asked for reason. They replied employees are yet to come to office at 10.15a.m. Even after service is completed twice I had problems with my bike on 2nd & 3rd service. There are lot more complaints. But let me see what you guys are going to do??? Am talking about Bikerz authorized Yamaha service center in chrompet.
