I Am, vishal sharma. I bought a Yamaha FZS-FI V3 bs6 bike on 25 Feb 2022, at Yamaha Showroom in RZF 16, mahavir enclave, palam dabri, dwarka, new delhi 110045. And my first experience from yamaha showroom is very bad. Since first day I have an issue with bluetooth connectivity, where the bluetooth of my bike was not connecting with my Yamaha bike app so I asked them for help to Yamaha showroom and service team but they asked for time till first service, but now I have compeletd my first service 22 march 2022, so I kept asking them 5 to 6 times about the issues with my Bluetooth connectivity. Service Center are asking for more and more time, but they are not fixing my problem. I have paid extra money to enjoy the bluetooth connectivity for special feature I had paid and it is not working since i had bought the bike so what is the point for paying extra money for the bluetooth feature. And the service center team don't have any knowledge about the bluetooth unit of the bike or service it. Also they given me half face helmet of low quality when I asked them for full face helmet, they denied and i have still did not use that helmet .
One more point till now I didn't received my number plate and RC, it have been 44 days of purchase my bike please provide as soon as possible and take neccessary and quick action of my problem.
1.Solve my bluetooth problem
2.Change My helmet to full face helmet
3.Provide my number plate and RC as qucik as possible.
