[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — complaint on dealer | |||||
I purchased bike with chassis number me1re3529h0026375.in the name of chaitra neelakanta on 06 october 2017. During purchasing the dealer named johnson of aya motors sulur tamil nadu. Promised to provide me a owner manual, service book, extra fittings including a tour coupon with an attractive gift (Ucb money purse, thormose flask, fast-track wrist watch) any of the gift with 3 day tour coupon all for ₹ 76800/- including rto and insurance After purchase of the vehicle He started annoying me for every single things he took 20 days for registration done and took a month to fit all extra fittings after spending 6 hrs in showroom. I feel worst repose with no customer satisfaction treatment. I really got annoyed on the team but i complained everything on [protected]@yamaha-motor-india.com with all proof and every details as asked by yamaha team. After complaining only i got yamaha owner manual and service book and insurance copy only but i not received the tour coupon benefit with an attractive gift. I signed on the customer satisfaction copy produced by the manager aya sulur. With my dissatisfaction details as i not received the tour coupon with gift. I really feel team yamaha is going to help me out at earliest as possible.. Please look into the matter and resolve the issue... Was this information helpful? | |||||
