This is regarding a complaint towards repairing my bike FZS (11/2020 model) @ Yamaha ESSM TEKNO Services P T LTD, Howrah . ( JOB CARD NO.- 80086)
Issue
Today on 1st of Sep 2022 while traveling suddenly heard a whistling noise and the bike stopped. Then I towed my bike to Technocon services.
They asked me to leave my bike and they will let me know the issue after sometime.. Since no one called me I have enquired in the evening and they told me that They need to change the Self motor and One more part which will cost around 5K without labour charges.. But I told them that why should I pay when warranty is there but they refused and said my 1st servicing was not done and it's not showing on portal so they can't help.
I have spoken to one of their senior and he asked me to send the Service book which I have shared and then he called me back and asked me to provide my Bill copy of 1st service which was done in Feb 2021...And also he told Even if I show them the bill it will take another 15 days to regularise and then they will start repairing.
My bike ran only 8000 KM. It's strange to have such issue with a bike from a highly reliable manufacturer.
It's my request to Yamaha team to take care of this issue and help me in getting repaired my bike in warranty as I have done all my servicing in Yamaha service centre only . Was this information helpful? |
