I own a version 2 yamaha r15 and it was purchased on 3rd oct 2015.
It’s been over a month now since i have taken my bike, manager at the service center told that there is some issue with the rectifier because of which bike gets off immediately after starting it.
Manager told us that he had ordered the spare part 1 month ago and he had not received any update from yamaha factory.
This issue is continues and it’s not been attended and i am not getting any proper response from the service station nor from the customer care. (panache enterprises in indira nagar, bangalore - 560038)
Same issue has been escalated several times in the feedback call which i received post service and i had not got any solution till date.
I need an immediate solution to fix the issue in my bike and a specified time line for it.
Kindly do not reply with an excuse or an tentative date. (only solution required)
Have already mailed to this mail id ([protected]@yamaha-motor-india.com) and even no proper response received.
The quality of the product is far worst then it is promised and even the customer care service is the same kind.
