[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — dealer/ staff | |||
As per government amma's two wheeler scheme, i ordered ray zr street rally scooter and paid rs.76, 409 on oct 16, 2018 in a single payment.. Scooter got registered on oct 17, 2018 and got delivered on oct 18, 2018.. Due to consecutive government holidays for the the four days, the dealer told me to give out rc book within tuesday (23/10/18) but i finally got rc on october 24, 2018.. I went to collector office to submit the forms to get subsidy, the official said "there, in rc a government two wheeler scheme seal was missing and so we couldn't accept the forms" i don't know what to do and asked the showroom dealer about this.. They are totally irresponsible and gives irresponsible answer which irritates me and makes my mind collapsed.. The staff are totally irresponsible.. I request you to consider my complaint and try to avoid it further.. Its yamaha's responsibility to solve my issues.. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
