Dear Sir/Madam i have purchased yamaha fascino from your dealer Vinayak Yamaha in domlur road Bangalore on 21-05-16 i was in a hurry & had trusted the brand as well as the showroom staff and took the delivery of my vehicle & came home and parked in my parking and yesterday suddenly i saw a slight difference in the paint and when i called the showroom to inform about it they did not respond me properly and i directly went there so the staff was like we cannot do anything now then i spoke to the branch manager Mr.Deepak he was also like we cannot do anything sir you might have painted the bike so thats why the difference( No commonsense for the manager there bike is purchased just 2days ago & meter reading is just 60kms) and he tells u have painted the bike sir i really felt very pity for the customers who have purchased these yamaha bikes or scooters. Really these people cheat alott. Am damn sure its happened some where while vehlicle delivery in the carrier or somewhere those people know that better atlast he said we cannot do anything once the delivery is done you cannot come with complaints like this and walked away.. I have alot of trust on Yamaha the brand & the service so i please request you to solve out this issue asap. And for the customers plz trust me i suggest or prefer Pacer yamaha or someother but you people just ignore VINAYAK YAMAHA Domlur road bangalore..
