[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — defective bike given | |||
I have purchased new yamaha sz rr (Version 2) in 19/10/2017 from the show room named, yamaha tanuska auto (Address: bb - 102, vip park, ground and first floor, narayan tala, west prafulla kanan, kolkata, west bengal 700059). From the 1st month i'm facing problem in rear tyre. After 2 or 3 days every time i need to fill air in the back tyre. I told the same in the showroom, which also has the service centre. But they told me that tyre issue is not handled by them & it is not the company's responsibility. After that i took my bike to a tyre shop near the showroom & after checked the mechanic told me that there is no issue in the tyre. Also no puncture is there in the tyre. Maybe the rim alignment is not ok & for that the air is leaking when i'm riding the bike. This is very irritating for me as yamaha is very good company, but they are selling defective product to me. So kindly look into this matter as early as possible & resolve the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
