Yamaha Motor India — Defective product

Hello My name is Akash Sharma. I am from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. I purchased Yamaha R15 in the month of October 2013 but this product started to give me problems from the month of November i complained so many time to Yamaha related to that but they are not giving me any responsible answer even they closed one of my complaint without my satisfaction now from the last month i am complaining to Yamaha and they are not even responding to me even the dealer as well. It is totally metal harassment which Yamaha is doing. i am totally harass and depressed because its almost 1.40 lakh product and Yamaha is not giving good response kindly help me out please Akash Sharma [protected]
