I regretfully inform you that my new Yamaha FZS V-3(OD 07 AJ 8870) bike purchased on 16/08/2021 shows some defect issue of its right side shock absorber which was a major issue for further riding, whereas the vehicle warranty period yet not over, so I went for service center (Manor motor Berhampur) for its repair and warranty claim, it's job card serial no-924. there I do not get satisfactory service, where as their staff members avoid my defect and its claim in addition to this they shows unnecessary excuses for not claiming my warranty and repair their main objective of excuse is that vehicle has repaired outside of service center whereas my best of knowledge is within this warranty period i have not taken any service and repairing at outside of service center all my last services have done in this manor motor service center, all blame they pointing to our side of rider end apart from this service manager also misbehaved with mocking word for our inability of claiming. with this dissatisfaction I came back and repair this issue of my new bike at outside center with my own hand bearable cost. So I want on this matter for resolve and its reimbursement as its warranty period not covered.
