[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — deficiency in service | |||
TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN I have purchased Yamaha Fz25, knight black, in September 2017 from VRB Automobiles, Malad West. My bike no. is MH47 Z5828. After the delivery I had asked for a Yamaha invoice as an evidence of my purchase from the showroom which I was informed is provided after 2-3 days of delivery. Till date, I haven't received any invoice from the showroom. Despite of 7-8 times of following up personally with the sales person of the showroom the showroom officials have still not managed to deliver a invoice. They come back with a reply stating their accounts team is on a leave. Last month I managed to have a word with the manager of the showroom. He gave me an assurance that it will be delivered to my address within a day. I am yet to receive my bike invoice even after 9 months of the purchase date. And I'm in no mood to visit the showroom 10th time and again ask for the invoice. Moreover, this incidence raises my suspicion on the genuineness of the licence and services of the showroom affiliated with Yamaha motors.
