[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — delayed in issuing smart card that is not collected yet! | |
Sir/madam I purchased yamaha motor cycle on 14th october 2017, from the dealer, yamaha madhyamgram. I have not receive my smart card yet. There is one more branch of this, tanushka auto, kestopur. L have tried communicating them on numerous occasions but they hardly receive. They have not send my smart card to me as per their sayings. They told me to inform regarding this but they never informed. I went several times personally. One time i approached to tanushka auto kestopur and they said don't worry about smart card and a time they asked for rs.350 and said that they will get the smart card and send it to me. I kept on waiting for their genuine concern and replies. But still i did not get my smart card yet!!. Moreover, they also took a long long time for issuing tax receipt. I enquired number of times for these also, sometimes they receive but many a time they do not. They did not communicate regarding when i will get tax receipt and when i will get my number plates etc, on time. I went there personally so many times and somehow got the number plates, tax receipts, fitting certificates and all. But, sir/madam now i am out of kolkata serving way too far and not possible for me to reach there personally and communicate and get my smart card. Now, the dealer and the persons from madhyamgram is telling to collect a token from the yamaha madhyamgram dealer and asking me to collect the smart card in person from barasat rto. Previously they were ready to sent the smart card through courier to me. I am in deep worry, my bike is out of station, i can't drive it without smart card, it remains in garrage only. I would like to mention the bad service from yamaha customer care agent whose name is ranjan kumar. He said i can't help you. You would have told me before. Its late. He said i would have helped you before. The same person i talked around 22 days back said talk to dealer first then i will help and the number he gave was also unreachable. A person named "subhasis", dealer of yamaha madhyamgram gave a number which was of kestopur when i supposed to contact to the yamaha madhyamgram from where i purchased my bike. I have faced a lot of inconvenience and i have records of all talks that i can provide upon escalation. If not resolved, i move further to higher authorities, social media platforms and to yamaha president, japan. Keeping the aforesaid in mind, i want action and get my smart card as soon as possible through courier to me. i m using yamaha fzs there is battery problem in just 11 month but they are saying we are unable to change your battery ...
but when i am purchase this bike they are saying that battery 1 year replacement guarantee ...
so please explain this matter
