Yamaha Motor India — Denied servicing at Showroom | |
I bought Yamaha fzs v3 bike at Hyderabad showroom. within no time bike paint chipped off and I reached to nearest service center Happy Automotives Warangal. They denied servicing as the vehicle not bought at their showroom.With Yamaha service manager involvement they replaced my bike chassis after several follow-ups. After chassis replacement, my bike is damaged with scratches. I complained about scratches and they manipulated job card and didn't give the proper response. I want to complaint on two things 1.At my first showroom visit they denied servicing even though Yamaha offers service across PAN India. 2.After chassis replacement, My bike is damaged with scratches across the body.
