I have a complaint on irresponsible behaviour by the service centre in hyderabad (Venkateshwara motors ameerpet). I have a problem with my bike that pickup has totally dropped and i cannot go above speed of 30 to 40 kmph first i have gone to pearl yamaha kukatpally but they are treating customers as as beggars

Then unfortunately with no option left i have gone to near by service centre venkateswara service center ameerpet where mr. Srinivas (Mechanic) took my bike for service he told me that i have to change clutch plates. I agreed with same as i want to get my bike in perfect condition. Same day at 7 pm by paying 4200rs. (Aroung) and i took my bike but found that clutch is harder, srinivas told me that it will get smoother after two days. After two days real problem started same problem started again in desperate position i was driving my bike daily like that below 30kmph as i cannot take leave on working days.

After two months i have gone to same service station on 17th july 2017. They told me that there is a problem with clutch plates which they have replaced in previous service, suggested me to give for service in which they will rectify the probelm.

On 19th july 2017 i took my bike and left the showroom. After two day on my way to home to office at 11pm bike stopped going forward after raising also. I left my bike near by footpath as i need to go another 4 km.

Next day i called to same venkateswara service center for towing my bike but they directly refused by saying that they cannot do the same as the day is saturday.

When i talk to the mechanic he in reply blaming me that i do not know how to ride bike which i am doing from last 15 years and the manager of the centre is also responding like that.

In desperate position i took my bike to near local mechanic and he found that chain was not fitted properly due to which one of the wheel of the chain dropped down and he clearly told that sir, to change clutch plates which i have done two months back.

Still the problem persists after spending nearly 6000 within span of two months.

Now i realize my big mistake of buying yamaha bike inspite of cautions from my well wishers.

I am a normal private employee and cannot spend 3000rs. Every month for my bike only on servicing.

I am expecting some solution from your end.
