[Resolved]  Yamaha Motor India — Dissatisfied with service at FactoryShop

This is a complaint against Yamaha Bike service station (Pune Factory Shop-Wakdewadi, Pune). I have had multiple instances with same service center(Pune Factory Shop-Wakdewadi, Pune). Service has always been a disappointment at this service station whether its before the bike service or after that. Instance 1: [Date: 14/02/2015] Gave my bike for service and asked to change my bike's indicator socket. They didn't change it and said " Sir baad me kara lena". And when visited[Date:15/03/2015] them again to get it changed they said we can't do it right now get it changed on next service. Instance 2: [Date: 28/08/2015] Went for service again, they were going under some renovation, so they said we can't do the service today, will give your bike in 2-3 days or come after 7-8 days once the service area get restored. Instance 3: [Date: 07/10/2015] Today I visited them again after 1.5 months and asked them for change of parts, again came across with same answer, "We can't change the parts or wash your bike today if you want you can give your bike for basic service or come after 2-3 days". I don't know what they really do with basic service. They don't even clean the bike properly, you can find sludge smeared around the corners, don't understand what actually they do. I am highly dissatisfied with their service as well as client handling. Kindly look into the matter and provide a solution. If I have to travel far distances to get my bike serviced then the existence of the service station is not justified as well as maintenance of Yamaha bike for me will become a pain. I would gladly move to different providers and also spread the word. YOU CAN'T EXPECT FACTORY OUTLET OF FALLING SHORT OF SPARE PARTS.
