Yamaha Motor India — Emergency Complaint-Repeated problem Service negligence

This is the complaint i raised on march to yamaha
I have followed them but
Till now they are delaying.

My name is dhina chandran, i'm using r15 v3 yamaha bike (Kl09au1828) april 2021. I purchased it from kerala palakkad cheerans branch. Untill now only odo - 10000km done.
Addressing a complaint about warranty claim due to service center system entry date wrongly done by yamaha service center at cag enterprises coimbatore.
I verified with service center regarding issue about date error shows system and yamaha service manual card.
They agreed that date was wrongly entered system, they given wrong date in manual card.
As a customer i followed the yamaha service manual card
I have done total 6 services in yamaha service center with all document proof (4 free service and 2 paid service) 1st and 4th service done at palakkad cheerans service center & 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 6th service done at coimbatore cag entreprises service center. 3rd service done but not mentioned in system and the 5th service done by mentioned date written in yamaha service manual by cag dealer yamaha service center.
I faced a engine seized issue after the 2nd service done from cbe branch within a 23 days post service, later when i checked it is due to service center problem not changed engine oil whole engine got stucked and i raised a complaint via customer care yamaha service and 3mnths my bike was kept at cbe branch cag entreprises for engine issue and changed i will attach changed part bill for your reference.
Suddenly last 22nd march 2023, engine issue with hard sound noticed, so i taken vechicle to cheerans yamaha palakkad service center on 23rd march 2023, they found issue in engine, according to further process tried to apply waranty coverage not applicable, due to regular service date which done at cbe branch wrongly date updated in system. So service manager informed me to check at cbe branch and rectify the system date issue then only it is possible to apply waranty otherwise they cannot apply waranty.
The same day i visited cag enterprises saravanampatti and gandipurum branch at coimbatore. According to them it's their mistake by entering vechicle service done date and kilometres different in system and manual yamaha card. As per service manager ll dicuss with service engineer from cbe branch to palakkad branch and to rectify.
I visited cheerans yamaha palakkad branch and informed the things as per them with out system date correction cannot claim warranty for my present engine issue. They told us can't help and advice to take vechicle to cbe branch, but vechicle ride is not safety due to engine issue.
As a customer it's not my fault in any manner by trusting yamaha service, 2nd time i'm facing engine complaint, i have totally fedup with even with paid extended 5yrs warranty.
I want to rectify current issue, can't take my bike from palakkad to coimbatore due to engine it is not safe to ride as per cheerans service center they too mentioned it is not safer to ride. So rectify the system entry issue and claim my warranty in palakkad branch.
I'm a healthcare worker physiotherapist need to travel for my work due to this vechicle problem i cannot continue my work and facing major financial crisis due to your yamaha service center negligence.
I attached all my documents for your reference.
Rectify the problem as soon as possible and i want my warranty to cover all india yamaha service center, as yamaha waranty offer which is applicable for my vechicle.
If it is not done as soon as possible, if not i will proceed as advised by my lawyer.
