Dear sir/ma'am, This is to let you know that i have bought a yamaha saluto rx on 06/12/17 from m/s mishra automobiles located in varanasi. I have made the payment through my Credit card as i was told by the dealer that they will make a emi on it but it has not been made and now when i complained about it to them then they replied that they cannot help me out. Please let me know whether it could be done from your end or i need to go to the consumer court about it. The bill is attached to this email. Please go through it and reply as soon as possible.
