Yamaha Motor India — Engine failure and service issue

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I recently bought Yamaha R15 V3 manufactured year 2019 ( engine number -G3K5E0045895, chassis number - ME1RG5219J0043623, kilometres driven - 16000). I have been driving my bike regularly and the service has been constantly made in CAG season motors coimbatore.

When I was driving for work on 23rd of July suddenly the vehicle turned off and was not starting, immediately I had taken the vehicle to the service centre i.e. season motors, coimbatore. They have diagnosed the vehicle and suspected that the clutch oring has been cut and have blocked the engine oil supply. I am surprised to hear this since the vehicle engine was not removed since there is no complaint history regarding the clutch and engine. The service team had estimated the cost to be around 30000 to
Rectify the complaint.

I'm very unhappy with the vehicle since it has not been completed 16000 kms, kindly look into this issue and provide the best solution for the same. Looking forward for your positive response and immediate action regarding the same.

As per instruction an email has been send to Yamaha India with the requested details on 8th September.

As on date 23rd September there is not response from the team.

The vehicle has been in showroom since July 16th and as of date there is no initiative taken by Yamaha motors complains team.

The requested details has been furnished, kindly look into it close the complainant.
