Yamaha Motor India — false information about availability of bike and bad behaviour from customers. | |||
I want to complain about bad sales man behaviour and giving false information about availability of bike. When i went for booking of yamaha r15 v3 bike they said me that they will provide bike in 7 days. And when i say ok then take my booking. Then they say that they want minimum 50% amount cash in adv. I said that i can only provide 10000 right now they they said then it's not possible. Then i said ok i can arrange 30000 cash right now take my booking then then they got agree some how. And promise me that they will provide bike in 7 days. But now 1 month has passed. Every day they say wait for 2 more days sir. And three days before i said them to cancel my booking that i don't want any bike from your outlet. Please cancel my booking. Then they say it can't possible we already make an order. Then i said it's been one month you said that you will provide bike in 7 days. Now i get frustrated i don't want it anymore. Now i m going to buy any other bike. Please give my bookig amount back. And now they say wait for some days we don't have cash... I want to know from yamaha that what type of dealers you made who don't know how to treat their customers. And now i want my cash back they are not giving it. It's been 3 days i've requesting them to give my cash back.
