[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — finance and customer service and they are not providing proper bills. | |||
I have purchased yamaha fz25 at vedha moto corp at vellore that is located near chennai silks beside chennai bangalore highway. After my purchase (Finance) they did not provide single document regarding my emi details and loan details. They simply said busan finance will debit my emi on 8th but still they did not debit my emi and i have enough amount in my acclunt. I did not get any confirmation mail or text from finance. And the showroom did not give rc book (Even copy) its almost 1month after registration. And i exchanged my old bike with the showroom but they still did not provide valid sales order to me. If i ask any of the above details they are not responding well. Very bad third rated customer service. And it definitely affects the image of yamaha india. Please take into the consideration and fix my issues with yamaha showroom. I did not even get a proper invoice of the bike i bought. Was this information helpful? | |||
