I had given my scooter for some repair work at you authorised service center

Aahana automobile yamaha service centre
Kuvempu 2nd stage, ashokapuram, mysuru, karnataka 570008

On 4th november 2017 at around 11:45 and received the same back at 16:48

At around 14:33 these guys have taken my scooter out without my permission and without a helmet and now i have got a notice from the rto for driving without an helmet

Please assist my query yamaha i bought this scooter just for your name and i want your service center to pay the fine

Yamaha Was Quick Enough To respond and i got refunded for the traffic ticket by the service center people.

Yamaha Motor India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by greekgodzeus25 Tried Contacting the Service Center They picked up the first time and told me they will call back regarding the issue but never bothered to call back.
