[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — forbidding to accept warranty claim. | |||
I purchased an scooter yamaha ray zr last year august from adityayamaha dealer located in tezpur city. The front fibre portion of the scooter is damaged due to the wrong installation of external accessory when i reported the incident to the dealer he told me that fibre is not under warranty. Further i told him that this happened due to the wrong installation by your service man so it is under warranty as per your warranty terms and conditions. Finally he denied to change the damaged part. Pls do need full action. Was this information helpful? | |||
