[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — front suspension issue | |||
Dear Team I bought the FZS-FI 4 days back, I had lot of expectation on Yamaha Brand but all of them went into vain because the brand new bike has front suspension issue. My 11 years old bike is running smoother than this. I exactly don't know what might be the reason for the too much wobbling in handle. The main reason for which i brought the new bike is for smooth riding experience but this is no where near to my expectations. Request you to look into this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||

Informed them about the complaint and asked them to resolve the issue and also do the first service since it reached 950 kilometers. They after service took the vehicle for trial and after trial they are just convincing me that there is no problem. They are not interested to solve the issue. Now im helpless
Service is worst as i didn't expect this type of aftersale service from the Yamaha.
I took the trial of 3- Fzs of my friends all of them are buttersmooth, Only i got the defect piece.
Dear team Yamaha pls take my complaint seriously and provide me a solution at the earliest.
