[Resolved]  Yamaha Motor India — front visor get damaged

I am trying to reach yamaha from last one months, my complaint id is iym:0016279 on 28th november 2019 i received call from balaji yamaha bilaspur they are saying to bring bike again, and leave... I went and gave them my bike and i clearly mentioned feviquick will not work, and they stick and which melted my plastic part also and looks so dirty, and inserted foam inside my visor which lifted the fitting, that day only i tried to call them but they didn't receive my calling, next day again on calling to yamaha care they are saying to visit to dealer again, i[censored]r family member is treated wrong by a doctor will u take him/her to the same doctor..?? Will u?
I tried to reach you through customer care number but ai is saying to contact dealer. Am i fool again i will go to the dealer centre who broked my visor lock and did there jugaad. I am requesting u to provide me a satisfying solution or else i will take legal action, your service is mentally harassing me, it's my first bike and didn't expect this form a japanese brand this type of service and quality. I trusted you because of japanese brand (Yamaha) believe in quality.
I want replacement.
